For more than two decades, CMI Solutions founder Michelle Corbani has worked inside businesses, not simply alongside them.

Her experience includes nearly 20 years in executive leadership as a Vice President, COO and CFO, helping grow a small mortgage brokerage into a full direct lending operation with in-house underwriting, funding, employees and warehouse lending relationships.

Along the way, her responsibilities extended far beyond a single job title. She managed accounting and financial reporting, payroll, employee benefits, budgeting, operational processes, policies and procedures, vendor relationships and the day-to-day infrastructure required to keep a growing company running.

That experience became the foundation for CMI Solutions: practical, hands-on support designed for business owners who need experienced help behind the scenes without adding another full-time executive to payroll.
